I paid Q No More to renew my vehicle license. Once I paid the full amount quoted, I submitted proof of payment and all the relevant documents. This morning I receive a call that my license disk is ready to be sent to me but there is an additional cost to be paid which was not relayed to me in any previous communication. The consultant Angie and then manager Brett basically are now holding my license disk until I pay the additional cost which I refuse to do as the principle of the matter is that there was no communication on email or when I spoke to the consultant that I might have to later pay an additional cost. There is no such dislaimer anywhere on their quote and the consultant is now lying that she told me this which she didnt and which they can surely verify if they record their calls. I find this terrible service and bad business and will of course never use their service again. The manager Brett was extremely rude about me refusing to pay the minor amount, not understanding that it is the principle of the matter. Inform your clients that there might be hidden costs and then they can choose if they'd like to use your service rather than not communicating upfront!
