I have had used cell c data now for almost two years and i work from home and have never had a problem. The past few weeks however i cannot use cell c as there seems to be a problem with their data in my area.
I contact cell c on the 31 st January 2013, and after having to listen to a whole lot of advertising, wasting my phone bill, i was told they would escalate the query and get back to me in 7 days. I received an sms and a ref number 1737960
Now it is the 14th February, i have still had no feedback, and i still have to drive out of Sunninghill so that i can work and use my cell c data.
I have spoken to a few other people and they too have been having problems with cell c data.
Fortunately i have very little data left and i can now go and use another service provider that actually have coverage in my area.
I just think that not responding or letting me know what the problem is, is very very bad service.
