On the 2nd of November I realized that all my data was gone and I reported it to Cell C so that they can at least advice on how my data was used. The device' mobile data usage monitor could not show where my data went. The person I spoke to also said he could not see where the data went in his system. He suggested that he will put data in my sim card just so that I can get going, but later on said that he is afraid it might disappear and therefore advised that we wait for the investigation, he also asked me for an alternative number that he can call me on for feedback. Two days later I received an sms from Cell C, responding to my query and it read, YOUR DATA WAS CONSUMED BY INTERNET USAGE. I found that sms insulting to my intelligence and an embarrassment to Cell C 's customer service and for that I will never buy a Cell C product again, not air time, not data and I will try not to even call a Cell C number and no one in my family that I have influence on will ever use a Cell C product, not even my dog. This is not the kind of service we pay for when you buy products.
