I purchased a CELL C prepaid data sim on 3 January 2013 for R1300. I supposed to get 2gig of data every month. I received the 2 gig data for Jan 2013, but no data in Feb 2013. I made approximately 30 phone calls and had to swear the people to get my data. I eventually got my 2 gig data for Feb. Now in march still no data. What the flippant is happening? Must I phone every month for my 2 gig data. The that's responsible for this mess should be fired. I am prepared to go with MTN or Vodacom.
