I have a Cell C data bundle of which i get 2 gigabyte data every month and is currently valid for the next 5 months. However on the 20th of January i didn't receive my data I launched a complaint with hellopeter, fortunately Cell C managed to give my 2 gigabyte of data back. This month however, on the 20th February I didn't receive my data AGAIN, and i am again gone back to square one. This is extremely frustrating as I need my internet connection. I am extremely disappointed with Cell C as this situation is really time wasting and irritating for me. I hope this situation can be fully resolved this time and as soon as possible as this is very inconvenient and Cell C customer care line is absolutely useless and ineffective.
