On the 23rd February 2013 I complained on hellopeter stating that I didn't receive my 2 gigabytes data which was due on the 20th February 2013, this started becoming a monthly problem as the same thing happened in the month of January, but the data for that month was resolved. Upon my complaint Cell C responded by saying they will attempt to resolve the issue, it is now the 28th February and NO data has been loaded and Cell C have not made any other contact with me as well. I just want my data which I paid for, there is still 5 months of data which I am due to get, and I feel I am being robbed, the month is coming to an end and I have received no data and no assistance from Cell C. My children are students who requires internet connection for studying and I feel Cell C are infringing on there studies by not giving the resources which I paid for. I really hope Cell C can contact me and sort this serious problem out.
