I managed eventually to get an IPhone 5 16GB at Vangate Mall (after a month) - or at least it is being kept. I visited last Friday with all documents needed as I was told on prior visit. However nobody told me originally that for the corporate account it must be approved somewhere in cellc, so sent the documents for approval. Phone Cell C business on Monday, they don't know anything, even though Vangate sent the documents while I was in the shop. They promised to phone back with feedback - nothing. Phone Vangate on Tuesday, say they have not heard back from where it is approved. They will get feedback and let me know - no call back. This morning different person at same shop (other girl is off sick), promised to find out - no call back. This is after being promised it will be ready in a week (tomorrow) at latest and nobody even knows where we are in process / if it has been started etc. I am going away on business for a week and need the phone as communicated with them - and the best is that it is lying in the store but no approval by corporate / business / head office can be got to let them issue me the phone! Please can I get some service??? The company is Match Cast CC
