Very Bad Service from Cell C

I submitted a corporate contract for an IPhone 5 on 18 Dec 2012 at Sandton City. On 20 Dec Chedza called me to pick up the phone. I drove 30km to the store and upon arrival was told I had to wait 30 days for corporate contracts. The following day I went to Esher Place (Cell C Head Office) and lodged a complaint with Layken. Collin (Vetting Manager) confirmed Sandton City had not sent the docs through. Armando Morris from the CEO's office arrived and promised to sort out the matter.

No one from Cell C bothered to call me and I called Layken on 14 Jan 2012 and she promised to get back to me. On 16 Jan I got a call from Thato fom Sandton who told me I had to send them a purchase order. I drove to Sandton City and gave her the doc requested and she informed me it would take 4 days to process the application. I asked for my documents so that I could take them to head office and was then told they had lost my documents. She could not explain how she was going to process my app if they had lost my documents.

I then drove to Esher Place where after repeating my story once again I was told Sandton had found my documents. Almost a month and I still don't have a phone. Still shocked...
