1st trip to cell c: Asked which forms were needed to apply for a contract under business name (I'm part owner of business with my father and sister)
2nd trip: Came with all the forms specified only to be told that I needed CERTIFIED copies of certain forms (ID copies and business letter stating that I can upgrade etc.)
3rd trip: Went in on a Saturday and then found out that corporate is closed on a Saturday, and was then asked for a STAMPED 3-month bank statement.
4th trip: Finally, they didn't have any problems with the forms, so they sent in the application to corporate for approval. Was told that it will take 2-3 weeks.
5th trip: 1 week later (today) I get a call from Cell C telling me that they need another letter which states which phone I want on which contract. So I e-mail the letter and go in to fetch my phone, since my application was approved. When I arrive, they tell me that the heading is incorrect since its addressed to Cell C Potch. So I call my dad to change it and email me another one without the heading.
Finally they call corpate, only to find out the lady that handles the authorisation is not there. So, tomorrow will be the 6th trip.
