What am I paying for

My blackberry's scroll button and software give me problems so I took it in to Cell C Vangate Mall for repairs that was on the 9 Febuary 2013.The sales consultant (Erefaan) didnt even write anything down he just told me to write down my personal details and thats it... he however told me that my phone will be fixed in 4-6 weeks time its past that due date already... when I called Cell C to find out if my phone is back yet they couldnt even trace my phone!!! I hd to go in to the store yet again and full in an Incident form and then I heard I was suppose to approve a quate first (when I took my phone in I told him I have Insurance on my phone and that they suppose to cover that) so now Im still sitting without a phone and they didnt even have a loan phone to give me but they still deducting there money so I want to know WHAT A I PAYING FOR??? Ive been with Cell C for 4 years now but Ive had it..this is my last... They just lost another customer!!!
