There are no words to describe my frustation with Cell C. I submitted an insurance claim on the 15th July 2013, but have had no feedback from that store. I called on numerous occasions, first i spoke to gentleman Juwaad, who promised to get back to me, but i heard nothing. I then called and spoke to Charne (Manager) who promised to investigate and return my call that very same day. Hence it is now the 9th September and i had to call Cell C, and they cannot find the documents anywhere. No-one is taking ownership for it. I now have to re-submit and wait again. What kind of people is working there and Cell C regional office needs to fix this problem or i am going to the Ombudsman or even better, sue incompetent Cell C for allowing this people to have a franchise.
