Poor service and of money

I complained about this to Nashua Mobile before and nothing was done. Once again I went overseas and even though my roaming was active I couldnt call back to South Africa or send any sms!!! and as a result I had to incur very high data costs just to send keep in contact with home. Obviously Nashua will never offer to reimburse me for all the trouble

In addition upon arriving in South Africa I find that my regular data bundle has not been loaded (but it's still on my invoice!) so now I'm incurring even more data costs for something that I shouldnt have to pay for. Who knows what else they're from me and then making me pay for.

I called their call centre yesterday and spoke to Yolanda and I explained to her how international roaming works (she didnt know and she asked someone who also didnt know before the manager confirmed that I was correct). She said she would contact the billing department and call me back with a result but still nothing.

This is now just ridiculous. I cant use roaming properly and the only way to make it work is to pay ridiculous amounts for it. Smells like a to me.

If I have to pay a cent more than my regular subscription I'm calling lawyers
