Just moved to a house, im buying my Garden appliance from Jet Mart in Cartonville, ... all excited. so i get to the store on saturday morning, im confused at which Drill to buy in terms of quality and watts, this guy called Mthoko with a Jet shirt is walking around the shop. i approach him to assist with with my choice. he's busy on his blackberry, i asked him which Drill is what and if they have a cordless 1? he's still busy on his phone and answers me with his head still clued to his phone, and says " I dont know" in Zulu.. im shocked and i asked him if he works here... he replied "Yes' Im like..but you busy on your phone and i need assistance here... you wont believe what he did, . he just kept quite and walked away from me.. i reported him to his Managar Thabang in his presence... he just kept quite again and Thabang his Manager nicely and calmly asked if i got the Drill i wanted. i told him im bored already i will come another day, but i glad he manager spoke nicely to me.. even thought i left, i dont know what happened after i left, cause still Mthoko didnt apologice, he just stood there like a Zombie and said nothing.
