New card needed

On the 12 November 2013 i went to Jet store in Westgate, to cancel card and get new one. However there was no one to assist, i was standing in the queue for 2 hours; no one bothered to ask what my query was about and eventually i decided to leave because nothing was happening. I then went to the Jet store in the Keywest on the 18 November, the card was cancelled but they couldn't issue a new one saying i needed to go to the Krugersdorp branch. I couldn't go there because it was late and my life doesn't revolve around Jet and it's cards. Today, 27 November I went to the Jet store at the Randburg Square, to say the service was unsatisfactory would be an understatement. I got to the store, the queue was insanely long, i stood there for about 20 minutes before approaching a store personnel. He directed me to a counter and said i would be assisted; however when i got there no one was there and i stood at the counter for 30 minutes before a lady who was assisting another client asked what my problem was but unfortunately that's where it ended. she told me that she didn't know where the person responsible for that counter was and after this i left. i need this sorted out soon.
