I got a cell phone for my son from VODACOM on a special 24 month contract. I gave the correct details for receiving accounts. This contract was on a debit order and monthly amounts were deducted. After a few months the amounts were getting bigger and bigger and I was not receiving accounts. I called and asked for accounts and they checked the details which were correct and still no accounts. I have been into branches and they can't help me. I then stopped the debit order and still no accounts. I then took the sim card out of the phone because the bill was still going up every month and I asked for accounts/invoices detailing usage. STILL NOTHING! I have sent requests via VODACOMs website with my contact details. STILL NOTHING. My concern is that I am going to get lawyers letters with threats and me being in a place where I have little recourse! For all I know there may a bill that is increasing all the time and I have no knowledge of what is going on!
