I am unable to make calls, as I constantly get a call failed signal. I often don't receive calls either, as my phone goes straight through to voicemail. I phoned the call centre, who tried to tell me my minutes are finished. I am a contract customer! Surely the people who work at Cell C should know this! Eventually I asked to talk to a manager and was put on hold for ages. I hung up and phoned back, with still no joy. I do not appreciate paying monthly for service I am still not receiving. I am extremely frustrated and regret the day I left MTN.
