No response on account query

I am batteling to get invoices from the accounts department since August 2012. I did sent e-mails, phoned, log, contact me, on the website, but the accounts department are non existing!!! ADT is very punctual to put the debit order through every month but their service are poor! I am the accountant of the company and needs the INVOICES.
