Accounts e-mailed to incorrect address

I pay my ADT accounts by debit order.

For the past few months I have been receiving invoices which are being sent to my brothers e-mail address and not mine. I have contacted the accounts department and was told they were sent in error. This month there is also a statement for R200.00 with no description of what service had been rendered - also sent to my brother's e-mail address.

1 : Why am I suddenly receiving invoices?
2: Why are they being sent to my brother?
3 : why do I owe R200.00
