I have had a problem with Telkom several times of the past couple of weeks and getting through on their 10210 number is impossible - I waited over an hour to be answered one morning only to have the phone thrown down and when you do get someone they are inefficient or rude - it is time we get other communication providers in this country as when companies have a monoply they are complacent and uncaring. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF PHONING TELKOM!!!
