I have made 2 complaints about Telkom in the Past 2 weeks. Same story. My ADSL Lines Ping is so horrible I can't do anything. Don't even talk about the speed I am getting. My Ping is now 900ms instead of 30ms. I have been forced to forfeit the Telkom DGL Battlefield 3 Tournament that is hosted by Telkom. I am not allowed to compete because of my ADSL service that I'm getting from Telkom. Kinda Ironic.

Telkom get your sorted! I am tired of getting NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. All I got was a generic response on Hellopeter stating that it has gone to Escalation Department with a ref number. Nobody has bothered phoning me or emailing me about this issue and when it will be resolved. I had to phone in to Technical today to find out that there will be Maintenance performed in my area but, YOU ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ME A STARTING DATE ON THE PROCEDURE OR A END DATE!! How the heck is Telkom being run? I am sick and tired of being ignored. I pay my bills every month and NOW I WANT SERVICE!!
Please get this sorted, I am tired of being ignored!! I WANT TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON AND I WANT YOU TO PHONE ME ON MONDAY 04-03-2013!!
