On 14/02/2013 i went to Mtn in the mall of Middelburg to order my first new cellphone. I am 21 years of age and this would be my very first credit application. I was told by the counter sales staff that my application would be approved within 24 hours. I phone them a week later to find out it has been approved, so I asked why did not they let me know. They had no response, they said my phone is on the way and i still have not received it. I rely on my phone as I am using it for work. To this date I am waiting 3 weeks already and I am not phoning them again to find out what is the problem. It seems they do not know what customer care is all about as they have not contact me regarding my phone since I have phoned them the first time.
