No service from Telkom Call Centre

Hi,

I've been trying to call the Telkom call centre number (10210) and I cannot get through to a consultant to speak to...

The automatic answering system keeps on putting me on hold for half an hour or more at a time and I simply cannot get through to anyone.

I've been trying to phone for several days and even tried phoning at 18h00 at night - but no luck.

Please can someone assist me???
