AGAIN MTN DID NOT LISTEN TO ME

Mail I received:

After Good day Thank you for emailing MTNSP.
Kindly be advised cell number 0832890733 has been converted to pre-paid. Credit of R392.95 has been done this will be captured against the account the credit will be used against the MTN account for the next invoices.

After numerous complaints, mails and phone calls I specifically said I dont want a MTN cell number any more!!! Now the money that they OWE me they credited to a pre-paid cell number I dont have. Who can I speak to in accounts because I WANT MY MONEY!!!
Next action will be legal actions, becuase when I phone the call centre they dont want to put me through to accounts or a manager, and REALLY I AM TIRED OF MTN NOW!!!
