For the last year or so I have been receiving calls from Standard Bank collections department regarding a credit card that is in arrears... I DONT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS OR CARDS WITH STANDARD BANK.

They call requesting to speak to a Miss Nabeelah Chippendale... I AM NOT HER. she worked for me years ago

I have even gone as far as doing own enquiries/investigations to find contact details for her that I provided to STD Bank and I have kindly requested that they remove my cell number off their systems but for some reason they dont seem to action this. I have made numerous calls to the call center to request to have my details taken off and everytime someone says "yes, my manager will action it for you"

I receive 5 smses per day requesting that I pay the account. I get phone calls every single day for an account that is not mine. I receive 2 phone calls this morning and 3 smses and its not yet 8:30am???

Please remove my number from this account immediately. I am not a consumer that goes around complaining about stuff but this is getting ridiculous now.

I would like my query to be sorted out asap.
