Two Months ago on the 26th of July I cancelled my Cell C 3G contract with Cell C and went through around that and even wrote a Complaint here on Hello Peter and after much up and down I was assured that the contract was cancelled and my account would No longer be debited. and for Two Months my account was Not Debited and the Number converted to a Prepaid Number.
Low and behold today I check My statement Cell C has debited my account for what all of a Sudden. I then have to waste airtime and call them and I get a Nonsense answer that the account shows as only being cancelled last month when it was cancelled over two months ago and all money due to them was paid for the cancellation.
I am sick and tired of this Nonsense with Cell C and I am going to Open a case against them for debited my account and I am taking legal action against them. I do not have time for such nonsense. They clearly think they can do as they please on peoples accounts, well they have another thing coming to them this time.
I WANT THIS SORTED OUT IN THE NEXT 24HOURS AND MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME IN FULL
CELL C YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYERS. YOU ARE FULL OF NONSENSE
