Disconnetion on up to date accounts

I am tired of the incompency of the financing department of cell c. I have got three contracts with cell c, i pay my accont cash every month. My 3g account has just been suspeded for the third time by one of the incompetent employee at cell c who does not know why he gets paid every month, i am tired of their incompency and every time my account gets suspended i lose my 3g minutes due to some person at the accounts dept. Every time it costs me money to e-mail the proof of payment to them, and even if i do this i dont get my air time back that i have paid for. I would like to get the number of the md mabe he can answer my questions because, the rest of his accounts dept is not clever enough to do so. So mr md i am waitingh for you call please no e - mail replys if you have the guts
