My phone has been disconnected since last week Friday I have been calling the call centre every day with them telling me that they have sent a re submission through every time. All that has happened is i have been to everytime telling me they will put me phone on within three hours. This is all due to the useless call centre taking the wrong banking details and debiting my one account right and my other one debiting from the wrong account.
Why must ones phone be cut if they make mistakes and be warned if you want to call the call centre you will get no help even from supervisors and you will hold on for an hou
