I phone today to upgrade my contract. The cheapest option that was given to me for an iphone 5 was approx R700 pm x 24. It is insane how expensive Vodacom is. I can get a better contract at CellC and MTN for R399. It is cheaper calls and more data. Don't it count if you have been a Vodacom subscriber for years? By the looks of it that does not count and Vodacom does not care if you move over to a different subscriber. The call centre consultant told me that they can not match Cell C prices.
After being loyal to Vodacom for years I will terminate my contracts and move over to CellC.
