I have had my new phone for a week, without sim connection. I have tried to get through to the call centre, got through yesterday - was told to wait until 13:30 and switch my phone on - i did, nothing changed! I tried to call again yesterday afternoon - I am still waiting for them to get back to me :(
I was so very happy, and couldn't wait to become part of Vodacom, with the service i received until that point - feel very let down!! :(
