7days to activate line - STILL NOT

Good day,

I applied for a new line on our business acount monday 12/02/2013 and the contract was approved the following day, however i still dont have a number... really, this is not acceptable, maybe Vodacom would prefer a new account with 10 lines??? Your staff is rude and incompitent!!!
