I set a data limit on my account to soft lock once the data or call threshold has been reached, for the month. This was the case on the 30 November 2013. On the 1 Dec 2013 I phoned the vodacom call centre informing them to remove the soft lock and increase my threshold, they informed me that this was done and to switch my phone off and take out its battery, insert battery and switch phone on the problem will be solved... not the case its now day 4 and i am writing this complaint at 22:10 so it will be safe to say that its been 5 days and around 27 calls made to the 111 vodacom call centre with no resolution. I am fed up with the response from vodacom. I wonder how much more longer i would need to wait for them to resolve my problem, or would they reimburse me for this inconvenience caused... think not. Will post back duration of Vodacom resolving my problem... guess it would take another 5 days.
