Logged a call on the 28/3/13 and my data sim was to undergo an investigation for a R10k bill which has never happened to me before! Was told it would take 2 weeks to investigate and resolve..
On the 03/4/13 received an sms saying my data account would be soft locked as it as used up. I did not even use my tablet in which the data sim is used. Logged a call again. The system was offline. The following morning logged another call to be told I must wait for the 2 weeks to be completed due to the investigation. In that week received a call stating I would receive a list of the websites visited! I'm still waiting for that report!
Logged a call yesterday morning as I still have not received anything yet, no feedback, no call, nothing! Got a broken line with the call centre in Witbank Could not make out half the conversation. Logged a call yesterday afternoon to be told that the team leader for the day was not in and all the other team leaders are in a meeting., Asked that one of them call me the minute they come out. I'm still waiting! This morning I called their data line number (yet again) 082 155 and the line is completely dead!
I'm really of at the service!!!
