To whom it may concern. I have been a Vodacom user for more than 15 years and am about to upgrade. However, the Vodacom offers that have been made to me are expensive:
Example 1: Vodacom Smart Large (250min, 250 data & 500sms) with no phone is R379 pm on a lengthy two year contract versus Cell C (200min, 250 data & 500 sms) with no phone is R282 pm on a month to month contract
Example 2: Vodacom Smart Large (250min, 250 data & 500sms) with a iPhone 5 16GB for R699 pm for two years versus Cell C (200min, 550 data & 500 sms) offer is R399 pm for two years.
Surely it makes sense to leave Vodacom? What is Vodacom going to do to keep me as a customer?
