I called Cell C yesterday to get a simple letter to say that my 2 contracts I had with them have been fully paid and cancelled as I got a report from ITC saying I owed them. I actually paid and closed both contracts in 2010. I was told and promised to have a letter in 24hrs. I call today to follow up and the 1st call centre agent drops my call and I speak to Andrew the 2nd time I call for 13mins and ask for a team leader as he says he can't help me and turn around time is 3 days and he also cuts me off. I'm very disappointed at the service from cell c, funny thing is, when you owe them, they have a fully department to call and follow up on arrears, now that I'm not a client, I can't get a simple letter to send to ITC to say my contracts are paid up and cancelled. Poor, very poor service from cell c.
