Difficult to switch2Cell C despite me still trying

Goal: Switch to Cell C from MTN and get a SIM only month 2 month contract.

VERY SHORT VERSION OF STORY
Place order to switch to Cell C from MTN.
They loose first order over the phone.
Place 2nd order over the phone.
Insist to operator on the phone that I need a micro-SIM for my phone. He insists otherwise but eventually confirms he is ordering microsim for delivery.
Week later, normal sim (wrong) is delivered.
Go to Sandton Cell C to cut it. They refuse, offer to bill me instead and do a SIM swap, I refuse.
Place order 3rd time for the correct SIM.
Cell C delivery wrong day.
Cell C then delivery microsim.
Cell C activate the old wrong SIM and not the new microSIM.
Call Cell C and beg to activate correct SIM. They say it's marked urgent and will be done.
24 hours later, Still no working microsim.
Call Cell C, they unhelpful again and see no urgency.
Eventually when I get a working microsim, I still need to RICA and port.
What a mission!!
Little hope and terrible service.
