Insurance dodging their claims

Hello Peter. I got the cellphone contract on feb 2012 and the insurance from mtn itself. The phone (blackberry9360) got on Dec 2012. I got all my paper work like they wanted from me in place and did the claim. After waiting a month for them to reply I called them again and the said the claim was declined because i had used another sim card in the handset. So the told me to write a letter to their head office and beg them to approve the claim witch I also am still waiting for a reply, but i think I know wat the feedback on that will be after i waited a month for me to have to call them anyway. They say it is against their policy and they cant approve my claim and that they gave me my term and. I would love to see haw they back that excuse because my insurance was done over the phone, so where did i sign for terms and cond.??? So they are actuly telling me that the wrong sim card in my phone has made that the phone got and that it is my problem, wat does the simcard in the has to do with the phone that got, they are a useless insurance. The reason this compane stand for is a joke because they cant deliver. What do i do now or who do i call??
