24hr Mobility REFUSES to replace phone

I upgraded my phone in Dec 2012 in Lambton, Germiston. I did not insert my Sim card into my new phone yet as I still had data on my old phone that I wanted to transfer unto my simcard before using my new phone. We got held up at gunpoint for 2 hours in our home in Boksburg on the 1st of January 2013 (case number 2/1/2013) where all our belongings was - including my brand new phone that was still in its box. When I submitted my claim on the 7th of January 2013 I got a response saying: "As per management your claim is declined due to you never using your simcard in the handset You should as least have 2hours talk time for the handset to be covered." I am understandably highly upset and do not recommend anyone to utilise their services... I pay my insurance every month so that I am covered for when this kind of incident happens, but still they refuse to replace my phone...
