Poor Service, Late Delivery, Bad Attitude

We purchased tiles from Factory Tile Shop in Randburg on Saturday 2013/09/21. We paid, however the shop assistant, Abeda, said she couldn't print an invoice as her printer had packed up, she agreed to email an invoice. She indicated that all deliveries happen from the factory. Delivery was promised for Monday, and we had a builder coming in on Wednesday to fit the tiles. We were phoned on Monday at 12:00 to be told that they couldn't deliver on Monday, she agreed to have the tiles delivered first thing on Wednesday morning. After waiting all day, I called Abeda just after 16:00 asking where the tiles were. She was going to call head office and get back to me. At 17:00 hours, after calling her number twice with no answer, I called her holding company AA Bricks and ended up speaking with a Shakil Shakih. I asked to speak with the MD and was told there wasn't one. I asked to speak with the CEO and I was told he had just left. I asked for his cell phone number and he said he could hand that out. I asked him if he could call the CEO and ask him to call me but he refused. We have noticed that a delivery charge was included in the invoice which was not disclosed during purchase.
