Horrible service

I bought a bed in 2011, its giving me problems. The base broke and it makes squeaky sounds everytime when I get on/off or even turn. THis disturbs my sleep greatly. I have been going to the shop to report this and the lady in charge never calls me back as she is never there when I go to the shop. I went there last week and finally got her.

I asked as to why she hasnt been calling me back and she said she threw away my numbers in the bin because I didnt leave an invoice. I unfortunately lost the invoice when i was moving. Thanks to her delays now the warranty expired in March. Now I;m left with a broken bed. She checked on her register and found my name.

She says shes doesnt have time to look for my duplicate invoice as shes very busy. This is unacceptable service as I never bargained for a bed that only lasts a year and a few months. I need my bed fixed or to be given a new base. This is appalling service.
