DONT ASK FOR MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!

WHERE DO I BEGIN???
Ive been having endless hassles with my account since march this year, where i decided to go and get a debit order of 100 a month so i could automatically get airtime without the need of going to a shop. I set it up, and MTN REFUSED to DEBIT my account, they did not inform me that payment was unsuccessful and this went on for 3 months there after, where they didnt tell me payment was unsuccessful, they then blocked my account, and then finally sent me an invoice after the 4th month which i then had to pay R406, so i then paid it so i could get my account workin, and the advisor in the shop said it will be working this week without fail, ok so i WAITED.STILL NOT WORKIN, i returned to the mtn shop today and they then told me i have to pay another R127, so as i did i paid. The advisor said to me ok i must wait 30 mins to an hour and it WILL be workin, 4 hours later, and more than 10 phone calls with MTN and still not workin. Sim keeps saying not provisioned:2, no one seems to help, but they can easily just peoples money and not give any service.now this has left a bad track record on my name.and i find this UNFAIR... LIKE YOU MTN! APPAULING SRVC
