Irreparable damage by MTN

I am an extremely dissatisfied and unhappy client. Today i went to the MTN store to find out why my Samsung s3 has no network and was unable to make calls/text/browse. I spoke to the consultant and she told me that my line has been suspended due to no payments that has not been made for the past 4mnths. I got the shock of my life as this was such a horrific surprise to me as my payments are debited from my bank account. I was outraged with anger and could`nt understand how this happened because this would be my 3rd contract with MTN and not once of those 3times did i ever miss a payment. I then went to print a statement from my bank account and saw that those payments has not been debited as to the same account that my current blackberry is being debited from. Apparently my Samsung is being debited from my other account that is a savings account which has no funds in. In no circumstance did i tell/authorize MTN to take the debit from the savings account because all of my contracts has been running on the same cheque account. Now due to their negligence, my name has now been handed over to the legal department which is unacceptable as i have sufficient funds in my cheque account.
