Unauthroised Double deductions

I have a multiple accounts with Capitec and another bank. My repayments plans is linked to my current account with an External Bank from which authorised deductions should be made. Capitec took it upon themselves to deduct the monthly payment from my Savings account with them (unauthorised) and my current account at another bank.

It is unacceptable as funds in my savings account is not reimbursed without me spending a ridiculous amount of time on the telephone at my own cost every time this happens. The funds then takes a few days to reflect in my account which causes a huge inconvenience.

This is unacceptable and I demand an explanation and my funds to be in my savings account immediately.

I am outraged and will be closing my account as soon as I get what is owed to me.
