I've been banking with Fnb all my banking life-from Bob savings to student savings to cheque current and now personal credit and business banking. Sadly with ignorance in the past I never scrutinised my bank statements until now 35 years later. Only to find some really shocking deductions on my accounts. A client deposited funds into my account-which didn't reach me because she made an error on the account no. therefor that money went into a suspense account, after reporting many a "missing payments" email-call centre agents cannot help with this regard-so that's that-THE END!!! 4 months later. On the business banking side i have been charged for using an overdraft facility that i don't use-but there too-oops sorry we wont charge you anymore but no re-imbursements for the already debited amounts!!! I', m so annoyed!! Banks are supposed to look after your hard earned money-cos you pay them too!! But with FNB all i seem to pay for is phone bills calling them and more stress and headaches!!!
