How Can We Make Your Life A Living??

So money was debited from my savings account even though I had specified that I would not be able to make the full payment towards my smart spend loan. Once that debit had taken place I kept getting calls from the loans department notifying me that I need to settle the account and that they had not received any funds, The lady I spoke to said The contact I sign clearly stipulates that money will be deducted from the cheque account so they have not made any debits as my cheque account has no fund.

Well FNB I would like to apologise for going through a financial crisis which I clearly did not anticipate, and the least your call centre staff can do is get back to you as they say they will as opposed to using that statement just to get you off their backs.

PS: I would never agree to a debit order that would leave me without any funds to even travel between home and my workplace and when you try to explain that to your consultants all you hear is "Well, That's not what is written under the notes!! "
