I purchased a torch 9810 in April 2012 and was advised that it was the top of the range phone. i had to send this phone in for repairs 3 weeks ago because it kept blacking out and restarting like 4 -5 times a day. The phone was repaired and i picked it up and yesterday it starts doing the exact same thing. i call Nashua and they said if it cannot be repaired i will receive a refurbished phone??? I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW PHONE SO WHY SHOULD I RECEIVE A REFURBISHED PHONE!!!
