Good day

I recharged my blackberry 9300 curve this morning at 06:32 this morning ie with the R57 BIS activation. After doing so my BIS failed to activate as I could no longer use my facebook or BBM. I switched the phone off and removed the battery and then on again. Still no joy in getting my BIS service working again. I then phoned Cell C customer service who assured me that the activation was not updated on their side and that I needed to switch my phone off and on again (removing the battery). After doing this I still did not succed in getting the BIS to work so I called customer service again and this time I was told to search for the network and once found switch the phone off and then on again. Still no joy I phoned customer service now for the 3rd time only to be told that there is a problem with there server and that some customers were removed from the BIS service. IF this was the case why did Cell C still take off the R57 for BIS if there was a problem on their side. Furtyhermore they could not tell me when the problem wiould get resolved. So I have paid for a service that I am currently not receiving. My details were the taken down..Still no BIS...
