On Friday 14th June 2013, I received a message from Cell C, saying my BIS had expired. (Blackberry 9900), which is strange as I am on a contract phone via Autopage.
I called Autopage, who informed me that Cell C should not be contacting as I have a contract with them. They proceeded to look into the problem and "reset me on the server", they told me to take the battery out of my phone as well as the sim and then to put them back and let me phone restart. (THat was on Friday), Nothing was resolved, I phoned again on Saturday (2X) and then on Sunday and then on Monday and again this morning. Each time, I am told that the phone BIS has been reset, etc and I should remove the battery, etc... the same story over and over again...
For 4 days now, I have not been able to use my phone, I have had no positive feed-back. As I am a contract customer, I pay for this service.
I have been with Autopage /_ 7 years and the past 9 months, I have had the worst service every from them.
They have not offered a proper explanation as to what is happening and what they are going to do to fix the problem...
