Terrible connection speeds

Good Day,

I don't know if it because of the increase of clients (prepaid/contract) but the connections speeds as well as latency during the evening are horrible. During the day speeds are normal, however during the evening it becomes unbearable.

This has been more noticeable in the last 30 days, please can this be resolved as I can barely use a service that I PAY for when i need to use it most.
