I was at the cell c shop in cresta 3 weeks ago (on a Saturday) to apply for a contract they are advertising now for the iphone 5. They told me that they are still waiting for stock and will call me on that next Tuesday to give me an update, I heard nothing from them for 3 weeks. When I tried to call the shop either no one would answer or they would have no idea what I am talking about. So because its not at all possible to phone them, I went to the shop again and they told me that they don't have stock and they have no idea when they are getting any. I have been phoning every cell c store in jhb and they all have the same story "Mam we are still waiting, no one in the country has stock". What I don't understand is how Vodacom has no problem with their stock and all their customers are getting their iphone 5's quickly. I was considering moving my vodacom contract to cell C because of the good deal they are offering, but if this is a taste of the kind of service they offer I will have to reconsider!
