No Feedback from 'Techies'

Whoever TK is, just tell me that you guys are not interested in your customers and we'll be on our way.
This is the 3rd time i am complaining about the poor signal in an area where the other networks have a 100% signal. I am 10 minutes from Pinetown, 5 minutes from Kloof and Hillcrest but the signal is so erratic that it is impossible to make and receive decent calls. The same old feedback that a 'techie' will be in contact soon is bull!!
Another frustrating thing is when i'm out and do have good signal, i 'dial' a number only to be told that the number does not exist. These are numbers i call everyday and when i use my wife's phone (Vodacom) the call goes thru perfectly and the frikkin' number definately DOES exist!!
I took out this Cell-C contract, they send me the phone and a disfunctional sim card which could not be RICA'd. I had to buy another sim card so i could use the phone. Trying to explain this to the guys at the call centre is like trying to explain sub-atomic particles to a toddler. They cannot comprehend what i am telling them.
Any chance of getting the cell number of your CEO??
Please, for the love of give me a straight non-bull answer!!!
